Hampton Roads Help to Others collects and distributes funds to provide financial assistance to individuals in southeastern VA who are in danger of losing residential water and sewer service due to inability to pay usually as a result of a financial crisis 418 families were assisted in FY24 with an average grant of 38798 WHAT IF you couldnt turn to the tap in your home for the safe clean water you needed.
