Sombrero Festival throws a party in Brownsville, Texas the last weekend in February during Charro Days This non-profit organization is organized to provide greater opportunity for the citizens of Brownsville to participate more fully in the Charro Days Festivities by sponsoring additional family oriented activities and to enhance the image of Brownsville through projects such as Beautification, Tourism and Recreation.
