THE PURPOSE OF THE B2B PROJECT IS TO ACHIEVE DIVERSITY OF THOUGHT, PERSPECTIVE, AND EXPERIENCE IN THE BOARDROOM BY (1) DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR DIVERSITY IN BOARD COMPOSITION, (2) ESTABLISHING BEST PRACTICES FOR ASSESSING AND ACHIEVING DIVERSE BOARD COMPOSITION, AND (3) PROVIDING A DIRECT CONDUIT TO EXCEPTIONAL "BOARD READY" CANDIDATES THAT SUPPORT DIVERSITY IN THE BOARDROOM.
