The mission of the Tim Orth Memorial Foundation is to assist, financially or otherwise, children (birth to age 18) in the West Central area of Minnesota who are facing substantial medical expenses incurred as a result of a serious accident or illness.

Serving families of Northern Kentucky since July 1993, Care Net's trained staff and volunteers provide free pregnancy testing, ultrasound pregnancy confirmation by a trained nurse, options counseling, parenting classes with one-to-one mentor, STD testing and treatment, sexual health counseling and basic supplies like diapers, wipes, maternity, and baby clothes, car seats, cribs, strollers and more.
