We partner with low income families in Charlotte County to provide decent, affordable homeownership Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity, a Christian housing ministry, is committed to home ownership by: A needs-based partnership with low-income Charlotte County residents; building safe, affordable, quality housing; utilizing volunteers and no-profit mortgages; strengthening lives and neighborhoods.

Monthly, we visit a local shelter or park to provide Blessing Bags (toiletries, food, and resources), prayer, and conversation to those in need.
