Recovery, Youth Services, Supportive Services PAACA's facebook page is a place for us to connect with the community on a variety of issues in addition to recovery and the happenings of the organization PAACA provides substance abuse recovery services for adults and at-risk youth, transitional housing for the homeless, job training and a meeting place for recovering substance abusers and their families.
