Community Partners in Action's programs include reentry and housing, youth initiatives, a nationally recognized Prison Arts Program, and holistic alternatives to incarceration.

SUNRISE COMMUNITY OUTREACH CENTER

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of marginalized populations such as formerly incarcerated individuals, those in recovery for substance abuse, victims of domestic violence, youth impacted by street gangs, and other underserved individuals and families by providing direct services in conjunction with referral services.
