To rescue, rehabilitate, re-train, and re-home thoroughbred ex-racehorses in southern California at highest risk for slaughter, abuse and neglect, and to provide the horses rescued a permanent safety net from slaughter, neglect and abuse either through securing quality, screened adoptions that produce a lifelong match, or by providing sanctuary for horses that are not adopted.
