Cat Tales Rescue NC's mission is to reduce the euthanasia rate of cats in North Carolina by using a variety of approaches: preventing litters, promoting adoptions, TNVR (Trap, Neuter, Vet, Return), aiding community cat caretakers and helping the helpers in our rescue community.
