Lucky Two Times Animal Sanctuary and Advocacy Programs

Our mission is to provide resources to low-income families to support their pets, in order to prevent pet abandonment, and to provide a safe haven for local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to prosecute cases of animal cruelty.
