To actively adopt the homeless animals of Mower County into permanent, responsible, and caring homes; To provide food, water, medical care, and shelter to the homeless, unwanted and stray animals of Mower County; To deter and prevent animal cruelty, suffering, abuse, and overpopulation through programs and publicity designed to promote public awareness and education; And to enhance and improve the welfare of the animals of Mower County by advocating healthy, safe, and humane interaction among animals and their caretakers.
