Regional Behavioral Healthmanagement

The Corporation assisted the Northeast Behavioral Health Care Consorlum, a 501(c) 3 organization, with the development, implementation and management of the HealthChoices managed behavioral health program in the NBHCC Service Area, serving approximately 82,000 Medicaid beneficiaries enrolled in this program in the Counties of Lackawanna, Luzerne, Susquehanna and Wyoming, administering the NBHCC contract with the PA DPW.

Gateway Children's Services provides preventative services to children and families and we are a "Lifne for Change" for children who have been abused, neglected, abandoned, and exposed to drugs alcohol in utero.
