The Cat Collaborative is a Philadelphia-based trap-neuter-return (TNR) organization devoted to helping homeless cats in our city.

LEAGUE FOR ANIMALS AND PEOPLE OF THE SUMMIT

League for Animals & People of the Summit/LAPS has a mission to prevent pet overpopulation and the needless euthanasia of helpless animals by offering $100 vouchers or 80% coverage for spay/neuter for local family pets & we subsidize all spay/neuter at our local Shelter.
