AFCCommunity Development Corporation Strengthening Families to Achieve SelfSufficiency AFCCDC has been developing permanent housing with supportive services since 1995 and successfully assisted and provided permanent housing to over 700 lowincome families and individuals for over 26 years preventing our clientele from returning to homelessness and assisting them with case management supportive services.
