The Berrien House Trust
The primary purpose for the Berrien House Trust is to educate the public about American history as manifested by (1) the architectural and historic features of the Berrien House located at 322-324 East Broughton Street, Savannah, Georgia, (2) the history of the residents of the house and (3) the collection of antique artifacts in the house; all of the forgoing with a focus on the history of the Berrien family and other associated families, historical American figures and events that involved the house and the city of Savannah, Georgia as they relate to the history of Colonial, Revolutionary and Federal periods in Georgia up to the beginning of the Civil War.
