Smith Baker Preservation Corporation has a two-pronged vision to an save and restore a historically- and culturally-significant building in downtown Lowell, Massachusetts and create a community hub that provides a a Southeast Asian Refugee Museum, a performance, teaching, and practice space, coworking spaces for startups, civic engagement hubs, a shared-use kitchen, and office spaces for local businesses.
