THE PANTHER FUND PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR ALL MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS AT WEST OTTAWA PUBLIC SCHOOLS WHO DESIRE TO PARTICIPATE IN ATHLETICS, ARTS, MUSIC, THEATER AND ACADEMICS AND THEIR ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE HAS BEEN LIMITED DUE TO FINANCIAL CONSTRAINTS.
