CASA of Kern County The Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Kern County speaks for the best interest of abused and neglected children and youth in the juvenile court process by training volunteers to advocate for their safety and well-being in the courts, in schools, and in our community.

CASA OF THE 14TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT

CASA strives to seek safety and permanency as quickly as possible for children in the foster care system utilizing trained volunteer advocates who, as the eyes and ears of the court, investigate the circumstances of a child's family and make informed, objective recommendations to the juvenile judge as to what is in the best interest of the children they serve.
