12th Armored Division Association The purpose of this corporation which is a nonprofit membership corporation chartered in the State of Ohio shall be to perpetuate the name of the 12th Armored Division and to preserve said organization in corporate form to further patriotism and uphold and maintain the constitution and laws of the United States of America and to provide an agency through which its members may promote the values for which they fought in World War II to commemorate the memories of their fallen comrades and enjoy the companionship of those still with us so long as it is the will of the Almighty that such companionship be enjoyed.
