Women's Animal Center founded in 1869 - Animal Shelter, Pet Adoptions, Vet Hospital, Community Programs and Dog Training PA Kennel License # 1516 Legally the Women's Humane Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and formerly known as the Women's Humane Society, our organization began doing business under the name Women's Animal Center in 2018.
