CARE FOR CHILDREN WITH ENDOCRINE ISSUES Offering care support to families Our Mission The mission of the Childrens Growth Foundation is to promote the best care possible for children adolescents and their families who have a wide range of mental health struggles surrounding gender dysphoria trauma chronic endocrine and sexual development disorders as well as other mental health issues that can affect successful psychological development.

At Kid S. M. A. R. T. (Support for Medication, Assessment, Research, and Therapy), our mission is: 1) To expand the reach of comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and follow-up services to medically complex and under-resourced youth and their families, and 2) To increase awareness of the value-added services provided by neuropsychologists and other specialty mental health providers as part of a multidisciplinary team.
