Embrace Your Purpose Outreach Center Inc the Organization is a community based not-for-profit organization incorporated in Illinois on April 26 2001 The Organization was created to provide shelter care housing and social service to economically deprived homeless men women and children All program services are free to the homeless when funds are available from public support to cover costs The Organization focuses its efforts on neglected or economically-deprived homeless and drug abusers It provides food clothes and housing to the homeless HOME Membership Counseling More Providing Housing Counseling and Intervention Services Our programs are designed to enrich the lives of children and families experiencing homelessness with the knowledge skills and resources needed to end the cycle of homelessness and poverty.

Highways to Hedges Community Outreach

Our mission as a street outreach program is to address and assist in breaking the cycle of homelessness and food insecurity, to meet the immediate needs of the socio-economically disadvantaged, to aid in connecting individuals with other vital community resources for their stability and well-being.
