Community Health Resource Center provides free and low-cost mental health/nutrition counseling, education, health screenings, support groups, and wellness fairs For over 30 years the Community Health Resource Center has been supporting the health and well-being of individuals and families by providing low-cost and free nutrition counseling, mental health services, health education, and health screenings.
