Supporting and promoting the Portland Library, sponsoring culturally enriching opportunities for the residents of Portland, Connecticut through the Portland Library, informing the public of the resources and services of the Portland Library, and securing books, materials, equipment and services beyond the resources of the funds available to the Portland Library from the Town of Portland budget.
