PERINATAL FOUNDATION FOR THE DEAF

Perinatal Foundation for the Deaf educates deaf families in culturally appropriate milieu using American Sign Language, to ensure healthy pregnancies and births; and parents knowledgeable in parenting skills to achieve physically, emotionally and mentally healthy children for a sound start in life.
