THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED FOR THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF HELPING PEOPLE BUILD MORE NOURISHING RELATIONSHIPS WITH FOOD BY PROVIDING NUTRITION AND HEALTH EDUCATION, INCREASING THE CONVENIENCE OF ACCESS TO HEALTHY MEALS, AND OFFERING OTHER HEALTH-RELATED PROGRAMS TO (A) ADDRESS AND REDUCE RACIAL AND SOCIOECONOMIC HEALTH DISPARITIES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO CHRONIC DISEASE, PARTICULARLY DIABETES, WITHIN MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES AND (B) PREVENT AND MANAGE SUCH CHRONIC DISEASES WITHIN MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES.
