Afterschool Programs provides award-winning arts, literacy and recreation activities Since 1995, the LACER (Literacy, Arts, Culture, Education, and Recreation) Afterschool Programs has provided under-served middle and high school youth with an after school program which includes academics, arts, and athletics in a safe and caring environment that expands learning and inspires students.
