Friends of Felines Rescue is an all-volunteer, donation and foster-based 501(c)(3) dedicated to humanely reducing the feral/community cat over-population crisis in Sacramento County through spay/neuter/adopt and Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR).
