COORDINATE TRANSPORTATION OF ABUSED AND NEGLECTED DOGS FROM OTHER SHELTERS AND SURROUNDING STATES TO FOSTER HOMES, REHABILITATE FOSTER DOGS AND FIND THEM PERMANENT HOMES, EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT DOG OWNERSHIP, AND PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO DOG OWNERS IN THE COMMUNITY.
