Legacy Charter School is a public charter school educating over 450 children in kindergarten through Our mission is to be an outstanding center for teaching and learning for children and their families that recognizes and nurtures the full potential of every child, provides a foundation for a college education, and educates our scholars to be creative and critical thinkers and responsible citizens in school, at home, and in the broader community.

LCFEF was founded in 1978 to provide a sustainable source of funding for to the La Cañada Unified Sch THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE LCFEF SUMMER SCHOOL IS TO PROVIDE A HIGH QUALITY, RIGOROUS 9-12 SELECTION OF COURSE OFFERINGS TO ALLOW STUDENTS TO BOTH IMPROVE THEIR ACADEMIC STANDING (REMEDIAL STUDENTS) AS WELL AS ALLOWING OTHER STUDENTS TO ACCELERATE AND ENHANCE THEIR ACADEMIC PROGRAM.
