THE PURPOSE OF THE PURCHASE LINE RED DRAGON FOUNDATION IS EXCLUSIVELY EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE AND IS TO SECURE RESOURCES FROM INDIVIDUALS, CORPORATIONS, COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, AND FOUNDATIONS TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO SUPPORT PROGRAMS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE STUDENTS IN THE PURCHASE LINE SCHOOL DISTRICT, WHICH WILL LEAD TO THE OVERALL IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AND AN ENHANCEMENT OF COMMUNITY SUPPORT FOR PUBLIC EDUCATION.
