The Emergency Aid of Pennsylvania Foundation awards Grants to local nonprofits to improve the lives of women and children and it promotes education leadership and community service by Mentoring young women and providing Scholarships Awarding Grants to NonProfits toBenefit Women and Families Preparing Young Women forCollege Career Life GRANTS PROGRAM The Emergency Aid provides Grants to small local nonprofits that improve the quality of life for women children and families especially to organizations whose use of volunteers maximizes our Grant dollars.
