Punta Santiago Dogs is a rescue operation run by a small community of researchers working at the Caribbean Primate Research Center that have volunteered all of their extra time and resources to care for and network the abandoned dogs of Punta Santiago, Puerto Rico into safe and loving homes while providing support for the communities that give everything to improve the welfare of Puerto Rico's street animals.
