THE MANDARIN ORANGE EDUCATION FOUNDARY WAS ESTABLISHED TO FOSTER CIVIC PRIDE IN CALIFORNIA'S HISTORIC HERITAGE OF THE MANDARIN ORANGE AND STIMULATE INVOLVEMENT OF RESIDENTS IN COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES THROUGH SPONSORSHIP AND CELEBRATION OF THE MANDRIN ORANGE FOOD FESTIVAL.
