Aspire Higher Foundation Inc

The goal of Aspire Higher Foundation is to help bring community development and educational programs to the Near Northwest Neighborhood of Indianapolis by building artistic residential affordable housing, providing education incubators for children and youth of the community, and creating community gathering spaces for all residents to change the trajectory of this declining neighborhood.
