Regional Behavioral Healthmanagement

The Corporation assisted the Northeast Behavioral Health Care Consorlum, a 501(c) 3 organization, with the development, implementation and management of the HealthChoices managed behavioral health program in the NBHCC Service Area, serving approximately 82,000 Medicaid beneficiaries enrolled in this program in the Counties of Lackawanna, Luzerne, Susquehanna and Wyoming, administering the NBHCC contract with the PA DPW.

We put children and families first, prioritizing the total wellbeing of Medicaid eligible children who have faced significant challenges to their physical, TO PARTICIPATE IN, DEVELOP PROGRAMS AND/OR FACILITATE THE PARTICIPATION IN PROGRAMS FUNDED AND/OR OVERSEEN BY GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, AND/OR SPONSORED THROUGH FOUNDATION(S) AND/OR GRANT OR OTHER FUNDING, IN EACH CASE, THE PURPOSE OF WHICH IS THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK, PRIMARILY INDIGENT CHILDREN AND HIGH COST/HIGH NEED MEDICAID ENROLLEES WITH MEDICAL, BEHAVIORAL AND/OR DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN UNDERSERVED AREAS Hope for tomorrow.
