The Sanctuary is a community resource which enriches the lives of its resident animals and members of the community in an environmentally sound facility by:  promoting programs that encourage interaction between people and animals to the benefit of both providing for animals needing a temporary or permanent home in a humane and respectful way showcasing the sustainability of “green" architecture and planning The Sanctuary at Haafsville is a safe haven for homeless cats and dogs.
