The mission of the Morongo Basin Cultural Arts Council (MBCAC) is to inspire and enliven the community through the arts, and to enhance the cultural and economic health of the region.

The purpose of the association shall be to promote and encourage the instrumental music program at Camp Hill High School, to offer material and moral assistance to said program, to build and maintain an organization of adults to promote said program, and to promote fellowship among association members.
