Your Identity Transitions

(a) Provide legal name and/or gender marker change services to the transgender, queer community, and other parties, (b) Assist with filing petitions for name and gender marker change with the appropriate court, (c) Assist in updating name and gender marker on government identification documents including, but not limited to, the birth certificate, driver’s license, Social Security card, and passport, (d) Assist with updating name and gender marker with other agencies, businesses, and organizations, (e) Assist with paperwork, documentation and obtaining other identification and other services related to navigating the bureaucratic landscape as requested.
