PAWS' Mission is to end animal cruelty through a spay/neuter program, coupled with educating the public about the fact that animal cruelty is a by-product of animal over-population, and that aggressive spay/neuter initiatives are the only way to halt the needless deaths of millions of animals killed in shelters every year.
