A 501c3 non profit to support the Clarksdale Animal Shelter THE PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO PERFORM CHARITABLE FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES RELATING TO LOST, ABANDONED OR UNWANTED ANIMALS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE OPERATION OF A SHELTER FOR LOST AND FOUND ANIMALS, FOR UNCLAIMED ANIMALS, STRAYS AND UNWANTED ANIMAL.
