Hand to Heart Project is a nonprofit program that provides free in-home massage & compassionate touch The Hand to Heart Project (a program of NH-VT Palliative Services, a New Hampshire nonprofit corporation) provides the comfort of free, in-home massage and compassionate touch to people with cancer, and to their caregivers.
