To (1) provide medical care and other vital care to homeless, free-roaming cats and kittens in the community through Tran-Neuter-Return (TNR) services and on-going management of cat colonies; (2) socialize, foster, and adopt out eligible homeless cats and kittens; and (3) respond to community cat requests to provide as-needed medical and veterinary care.

PRC has been serving Scott, Morgan and Campbell county areas since 2009 with emergency shelter, food, clothing and social support services to assist in the social rehabilitation of those in crisis.
