The Thoughts & Gifts Project is a 501(c)(3) public charity celebrating birthdays in Polk County, OR Celebrating the value and importance of low-income youth, intellectually/developmentally disabled individuals, and seniors in Polk County, Oregon on their birthday with free gifts, books, cards, game kits with prizes, and party decoration kits.
