BLACK DOG SECOND CHANCE (BDSC) PURPOSE IS TO PROTECT THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF COMPANION ANIMALS, EDUCATE PEOPLE IN THE AREA ABOUT PROPER COMPANION ANIMAL CARE, AND TO PROVIDE ADOPTION SERVICES AND FOLLOW-UP WITH PLACEMENT WHEN NECESSARY.
