An intentional community, farm, nature preserve since 1971 The Behavior Developtment Corporation oversees the Lake Village Farm which is an educational center for all ages that affords the opportunity for individuals to experience building construction and ground maintenance, milking goats, feeding and watering live stock, grooming horses, collecting eggs, gardening, tree planting, fishing, hunting etc.
