NEW CASTLE PREVENTION COALITIO

New Castle Prevention Coalition (NCPC) formalized in 2010 and became its own 501(c)(3) in 2015, with a goal of preventing and reducing substance abuse by addressing causative issues such as crime, unemployment and underemployment, and community trauma.
