Court Appointed Special Advocates of Somerset, Hunterdon, & Warren Counties (CASA SHaW) is a non-profit charitable organization that recruits, screens, and trains community volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children in foster care.

IT IS THE MISSION OF THE CAPITAL CITY CASA TO ADVOCATE FOR THE BEST INTERESTS OF ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN AND YOUTH WITHIN THE 19TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF MISSOURI, BASED ON THE BELIEF THAT ALL CHILDREN ARE ENTITLED TO A SAFE AND PERMANENT HOME.
