The mission of the Franklin County Council on Aging is to enable and empower the aging citizens of Frankfort and Franklin County to maintain dignity and independence in their homes for as long as possible by providing opportunities for socialization, health promotion, benefits counseling, transportation services, recreation and exercise programs, and nutritious meals.
