Sycamore Alumni & Friends Association is a charitable nonprofit corporation organized and operated for the following purposes: (a) for charitable, educational and scientific purposes; (b) to provide social and educational opportunities to alumni and friends of Sycamore School District; and (c) to operate exclusively as an exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code Sycamore Alumni Friends Association Hall of Fame Banquet.
